When I went to export data at 11:15pm tonight, I could see that there were new records. When I went to choose the time frame, my last choice was 6/4, which was also the last date of a record on the server. However, when I exported the records, I didn’t get all of the new records. It only exported records prior to 19:00. Records from 19:00 to 23:15 (11:15pm) were not exported.
I assume this is because I’m in CST and 5 hours behind the server. It appears, that in order to export the remaining records, I need an option for 6/5, but since 6/5 doesn’t exist in CST, I am not given that option. I have to wait until after midnight to export the last 5 hours of my todays data. It appears to be a discrepency between the server’s time and the time used by the user interface to give me date choices.
Anyone have a way around it short of exporting EVERY record ever created in VideoAsk? Thank you.
